What a lazy weekend! Well, I shouldn’t say lazy, considering I got most of my Christmas shopping done, tried out a new recipe and reorganized my apartment. However, my Saturday was spent online shopping for gifts, binge watching Fuller House and going to the movie to see Office Party. I have to say, it was pretty relaxing and I feel rejuvenated and relaxed now. On these relaxing weekends, I tend to wear the same thing. It’s mostly because I don’t do much, so how can what I wear get dirty. I’ve honestly been living in this cozy ivory quilted fleece from Abercrombie. I have it in TWO different colors: grey and ivory. It’s warm and looks more sophisticated than your average sweatshirt. Now that I’m well rested, I’m prepared for a holiday filled with fun family time and good food.

Happy Black Friday! This is the first year I didn’t go Black Friday shopping on Thanksgiving night. I know, I know, Thanksgiving is for family time and not meaningless sales. But to be honest I never went BF shopping for the sales, I went for the experience and thus it became a new Thanksgiving tradition. It’s less stressful when you’re not pining for a product and aren’t involved in the crazy stampede into Target. I have to say, it is prime people watching. Despite all of the craziness, I do plan on taking advantage of some sales today; mostly online, but I’m determined to get my fix of people watching by browsing some of my favorite stores.  And a shopping day calls for a comfortable outfit, which is why I’m wearing my simple crewneck buttoned back pullover, favorite pair of jeans, and these ultra comfy Primark work boots. Seriously, if you’re building out your sweater selection head over to J. Jill, they have a sweater for everyday of the week (I’m serious) and everything is 30% off today, online and in store. On your mark, get set….SHOP!

I have another guilty pleasure to confess, and while I may have already spilled some in my bio–there’s more. Instead of boring you with how often I binge on reality TV or occasionally like to eat whip cream out of the can or the fact that I could quite FRANKly live off of hot dogs for the rest of my life– oh that reminds guilty pleasure #802—corny puns. Okay I’m done. Today, I have a clothing guilty pleasure to share—I have this thing for “drug rug” hoodies, more appropriately known as Baja hoodies.  I’m shamelessly sharing with you my weekend, errand-running, lazy sunday-ing staple hoodie, but it’s not like all of my other heather grey sweatshirts that were purchased as mementos on family vacations or to serve as proof that I did in fact visit Harvard…bookstore. This is a badass, boho-chic, hoodie with a past kind of “sweatshirt” and no matter what Giuliana Rancic may accuse me of, this will not leave my wardrobe.

To add to these comfy vibes, I included my Sperry Topsider boots; they have been my go-to lately and if I could successfully wear them with ALL dresses and skirts I would (guilty pleasure #803). Well, I think I’ve shared enough!
